Having More with Less? Way to a Meaningful Life through Minimalism

A few months ago I came across a TEDx video on YouTube. Innocently I clicked on it and as it turned out, in the end, it was about a very different way of approaching life than what I followed. I'm all about ideas which worth sharing, of course, I'm open to new things. Honestly, I love to listen 🙂

This little video called the "Art of Letting Go" by two remarkable men, Joshua Fields Millburn and Ryan Nicodemus, has set me on a path that I don't regret. I'm not saying I became a minimalist over night, going cold turkey, you know but I'm definitely more conscious about everything around me and that is an advantage. That is progress. Knowledge is power.

Since this video, I also watched a movie on Netflix which covers not only story but many others, which we can all learn from. If you're interested in checking it out, the title is Minimalism: A Documentary About The Important Things. For even more info about The Minimalists make sure to visit www.theminimalists.com

I hope you agree with me when I say, we're here to grow in any way we can. We need to realize what is important and what is not, what adds value to our lives and what isn't. Why less is more. I could summarize this video as an introduction to minimalism but it is so much more than that! You'll see why.
